Graduated lawyer and Intellectual Property Specialist

Carlos holds a Master degree in Administrative Law (Austral University), a Master degree in Corporate Law (Austral University). He has successfully completed a specialized Course in Intellectual Property (Palermo University) and a Master in Business Administration (IAE).

In his 30 years of professional practice he worked in many areas of the Law; Civil, Commercial, Mining, Labor, Administrative and Intellectual Property. This has given him a broad and deep understanding of diverse operations and their Intellectual Property law exposures.

Carlos has written many professional articles, most of which were published by Thomson Reuters. His essays discussed different subjects such as IP rights in criminal law, legal nature of IP rights, Compensatory Damages, Punitive Damages and Ambush Marketing.

Professor in Law at the Salvador University (USAL) since 2013. Carlos currently heads USAL’s Intellectual Property Rights Graduate Course.

He attended and lectured numerous seminars and events in the field. He is an associate member of the Argentine Association of Industrial Property and of the INTA (International Trademark Association).

He likes to think of himself as someone who finds solutions where others only see problems.
